Who can join PACE?

Regular members

Individuals who belong to a school, institute or department, or the institutions themselves which offer degrees or non-formal training in communication, broadcasting, journalism, advertising, communication research, public relations, film, etc.

Associate members

Non-academic individuals or institutions affiliated with communication training functions as well as agencies or organizations involved with communication- and media-related activities. They shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of the foundation but may not vote or be voted upon.

Procedure

Membership application/renewal is easy:

  1. Accomplish the membership form by clicking this link: PACE Membership Form. This is for both individual and institutional member applications.
  2. Pay the annual membership fee in cash or check (named to: Philippine Advocates of Communication Education Association, Inc.).
    Bank deposits: BPI Account Number 1581-0025-79.
  3. Send the deposit slip/transaction receipt via email to [email protected] for verification of the transaction.
  4. Attend a PACE event to activate membership, during which your certificate and official receipt shall be released.

Reminders:

*Any eligible individual who attended a PACE-sponsored activity may pay the membership fee within one month from the time of attendance to the PACE event. The effectivity of membership is one year from the date of attendance to the PACE event.

*Eligible individuals who paid the membership fee shall activate their membership by attending a PACE event within six months from the time they paid the membership fee. The effectivity of membership is one year from the date of attendance to a PACE event.

*Renewal of membership shall be done by paying the membership fee. This applies to all who have been issued their permanent PACE ID number. The effectivity of membership is one year from the date of payment of the membership fee.
